Online Coaching – 3 SPACES AVAILABLE
I specialize my online coaching for SFG instructor preparation (certify and re-certify), SFG instructor readiness assessments, and kettlebell technique improvements. A few students come to me for specific skill, strength &/or conditioning training. I only take a maximum of 8 online coaching students at one time.
Packages include an initial email or Skype consultation to ensure we are a good fit, discuss desired outcomes, goals, challenges and dual expectations. Based on what we agree, I will quote my coaching fee, which can range from US$120 for a readiness assessment video review to US$300 per month for instructor preparation that includes video technique review, training plan, weekly Skype check-ins, and almost-unlimited email support. As an online coaching student, your questions and support needs get my top priority.
Live Coaching – AVAILABLE
I am a kettlebell technique, bodyweight and movement coach rather than a personal trainer. My specialties are:
- SFG instructor preparation (certify and re-certify)
- SFG instructor readiness assessments
- Kettlebell technique improvements
- Kettlebell training plans (for at home)
- Get Started with Kettlebells program/course
- Move better to get fitter (this can include FMS and TPI Movement Screens for fitness and Golf and flexibility/mobility training)
PLUS: Specialty workshops (from 2 hours to full-day Kettlebells, Bodyweight, Flexible Steel, Mobility, Conditioning workshops and courses).
Except for specialty workshops and courses, I limit my coaching students to a maximum of 5 students at any given time, often depending on my online training schedule. All coaching must be booked in advance and a minimum number of sessions may be required depending on your goals. My baseline hourly coaching fee is US$120/AED440. Session packages are available at a reduced hourly rate.
No shows or cancelations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged.
Personal Training Availability – FULLY BOOKED
To keep the “PERSONAL” in my personal training services, I only take 5 ‘live’ students at a given time, with a 12 session minimum commitment (valid for 3 months).

Shared Personal Training – FULLY BOOKED
FOUR independent students with completely tailored training plans are supervised and coached by one instructor. An initial 1:1 is required to book shared personal training. Each training block is lasts for 13 sessions (the initial private plus 12 shared sessions), and is valid for 3 months.

ADVANCED Group Training
Four GROUP Strength & Conditioning with Kettlebells training sessions are available weekly for ADVANCED Students*** only. Expect advanced lifts, quick transitions, the potential for double kettlebells, bodyweight training and stress testing your strength and conditioning. These sessions are more training practice than teaching, so knowledge and skills to perform the lifts safely is a must. Group sessions must be booked in advance (even for drop ins) by sending an SMS. Why? So I can prepare space, equipment and movement modifications as necessary. Also, I know who to advise if I get stuck in traffic or need to shift a class day.
***ADVANCED: Students having completed the StrongFirst Kettlebell Course, KULT’s KB Level 1 (though personal technique training or workshops), SFGs, RKCs and students referred by an SFG instructor.
Session Fees: AED60 for Drop-in; AED500 for 11 (valid for 3 months).
